Accordingly, Learning and Training Management at our company encompasses planned and systematic initiatives aimed at employee development, including training needs assessment, learning and training structure design aligned with identified needs, implementation and evaluation of training programs, as well as enhancement of overall organizational effectiveness.

Knowledge Management

In our company, the development of systemic and electronic mechanisms plays a significant role in effective knowledge management.

The use of the Corporate Portal, the Engineering Document Management System (EnDocS) across various engineering disciplines, the Marketing and Proposal Information System (MPIS), and other electronic mechanisms support the improvement of knowledge management, learning and training infrastructures, and consequently contribute to organizational effectiveness and excellence in service delivery.

Petro Fanavaran Fatah (FPT) has commenced the overall improvement arrangements through utilizing Organizational Portal in terms of achieving its mid and long term plans and developing e-learning throughout the different levels of the organization.
